Overview
RCAP Solutions’ Resident Service Coordinator (RSC) program connects our affordable housing residents with the services and support necessary to assist them to remain living independently and safely in housing.
The goal of the RSC program is to create a safe, comfortable, informative, and enjoyable environment for all residents. We are committed to empowering residents to build strong communities and to find creative solutions to many problems and issues.
Our RSCs can assist residents with:
- Identifying and enrolling in public benefits, employment services, and educational programs
- Finding entitlement programs and funding sources
- Finding homecare services and assisting with qualification procedures
- Connections to legal services and Medicare
- Completing forms, rebates, and other paperwork
- Arranging for meal programs and transportation assistance
- Wellness checks
RSCs will work with residents in key areas of Lease Compliance:
- Housekeeping and maintenance standards
- Rent arrearages and eviction prevention
- Resident advocacy
- Recertifications and unit inspections
- Addressing public safety concerns and reports
In addition to providing health and well-being support, our RSCs design a wide range of educational and recreational activities!
